These companies have been instrumental in helping us create our animated light show.
There are a few companies that produce light control systems, but in my opinion this company rules. The product will fit every application for the Hobbiest to the Pro. The people at LOR are incredible when it comes to Customer Service and product knowledge
CDI is where I purchased the bulk of the LED strings that are used in our display. These strings are called Full Wave technology. There are a few strings from Home Depot and they are referred to as half wave technology. In the HOW DO WE DO IT.
Ramsey Electronics
The FM transmiter I built was a kit from this company. The model I chose was the FM30B and eventually I will go to the FM100B. Our FM Transmitter powers our Radio Station 107.7 MAD FM.
The Demented Elf
The Voice work that you will hear during the show will most likely be this character. The Demented Elf aka Kevin Dunn is very popular with Lighting enthusiasts throughout North America and possibly overseas as well.
Christmas Light Show
This is a good place to get products that will be a great addition to everyones display. I acquired the PVC Mega tree kit for the 2007 season, unfortunately I ran out of time prior to going live with our first animated Christmas light display. Darryl at CLS will respond to email and will ship via USPS to Canada, which makes it much easier to purchase product from the US.

This is a great place to buy premade sequences and and display goodies for your animated display. I acquired sequences and ideas from this web site.

Planet Christmas
This is reported to be the grandaddy of Christmas and lighting Forums. Chuck Smith is the creator of this electronic world and a wealth of knowledge, which he shares regularly. The Forum can be viewed at this place.
Constantly Christmas
This a considerably smaller group than PC and the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable, I spend most of my forum time here.
Light O Rama Support Forum
This group of people is the end user support forum. It is mediated by LOR and there are some quit a few S2 super users that are more than happy to help the newby with everything from hardware and software to the setup of a Mega tree. If you persue this hobby and choose LOR equipment, this is the place to be. You will find me there every day at least once.
Haunt Forum
This forum has some excellent haunts and those that create them. Have a look at the store, DVD's of haunts that you can get amazing ideas from.
