2009, The Beginning

This was our first year in the house and the Halloween display was considerably scaled back. Can't blow the neighborhood away in the first year. We ran the Hallowindow for the week leading up to the Night and had a few tombstones scattered around the front yard. On Friday we organised the Pumpkin Choir and large animated Pumpkins and the animated Tombstone and then on Saturday afternoon we put out the fogger and other misc. stuff. I had great dificulty this year working without grass, there was a huge amount of mud in the frontyard and placing props was very difficult, next year "grass or bust".
